Validate Customer Contract Data Process ends with warning and none of the contracts were imported from Order Management to Revenue Management.

Due to this issue, we cannot validate and import any contracts from sales orders(OM).

Exception: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables.
