Send Alert to HR, Manager and Employee

Hello,

I have setup an alert through alert composer which sends an email to HR, Manager and Employee if the employee's visa expiration is approaching.

It is working fine but it sends 3 different emails, one to each recipient.

Is there a way we can send one email with recipients as follow?

To: HR and Manager

CC: Employee
