Requisitions Life Cycle Page - cannot view Invoice Attachment Link

Using 21C and 21D.

The issue I have is that when iProc users search for and click on a REQ number, and then click on the "View Life Cycle" button, they can scroll to the bottom of the page, to the "Invoices" section.

When an invoice has been scanned and has a related image, it has an attachment icon next to it, as per the screenshot image.

 Click on the icon.

There should be a link under the "File Name or URL" column allowing a user to access the image.

However, we find that is empty as per the screenshots.
