Dear Experts,

We tried using smart excel(Import Map) to import items into PDH using ‘Upload Item’, but we couldn’t upload the data from excel as the system ends with following error. Any pointers on this issue please?

Both Item creation and mass update through Smart Spreadsheet is ending up with error.

Error: An error occurred due to temporary application resource issue. Try Again.

However please note that we are able to create items by using ‘Generate Data File’ > Add Items to Batch option.,
