Proactive Chat Inlay
Lack of proper documentation about chat inlays.
Hi, we have a requirement, where on a third party website we have to show the Proactive chat inlay but based on a condition like if the cart value is greater than 'X' amount, then the popup should come with a custom message and question for the chat. Like "Hi, You have item(s) in your cart, Do you need help / assistance about them? ".
