Action and Action Reason in Additional Assignment Info

Is is possible to add "Action and or Action Reason" In the additional Assignment Info?

We have setup additional assignment info to accommodate more information from the client, but we wanted to also know if there is a way to add action and or action reason. When I look at the setup and maintenance --> Search --> Manage Actions --> Add action --> There is no Additional Assignment Info in the Type Field. Is there any way that we can add or do this?
