Need sample analysis/SQL to get various balance values for each assignment for EE with multiple GT

Summary:

When global transfer happens for any employee, we need to validate various balances to confirm if they are transferred to the new LE. During a year if an EE is transferred back to same LE it becomes more challenging. If there is any such report that gives details of each balance for each assignment that will be helpful
