HIDE Submit button for Movement Request Transaction

Dear Experts,

While creating a Movement Request using Create Movement Request Task, is there a way we can hide the Submit button depending on the Role.

The actual requirement here is to have an Approval process for Material Movement transactions. Since, no approvals can be configured for this in Fusion, the idea is to hide the Submit button for the user who creates the request and another user will have the option to Submit the same.

Please confirm if this is achievable. If yes, how do we handle the same.
