Change Status of Quality Issue or Action

Summary:

Need guidance on how we can restrict users from doing Change Status of particular Quality Issue or Action object.

Content (required):

In our system most of the users will need to modify Quality Issue attributes and hence they all have a role with "Update" data privilege. This is also allowing them to Change Status of any Quality Issue object or action.

Please suggest on how to prevent this. There seems to be no privilege around change status in Quality.
