How to fetch details of bypassed task for performance document in OTBI report

I have requirement to fetch the details of bypassed task in performance document in column

Content (required):

In our instance for performance document the worker self evaluation task can be bypassed by manager and can also be completed by employees. Requirement is to create one column for status of worker self evaluation whether it is completed/bypassed.
