Responsive UI Upgrade Help

Need assistance with upgrade from Classic UI to Responsive UI

I am not experienced in this process at all. I have generated the Uptake tool report, changed the correct profiles, however, I am running into issues finding the correct attribute to change. Using the HCM Design Studio I navigate to Change Assignment, creating the rule, but not seeing any of the values listed in Personalization's or any DFF's.
