HCM Experience Design Studio - Maintain Managers Section not visible (MSS - UX)

Dear all

I added some rules for the action 'Change Assignment' in the HCM Experience Design Studio. Depending on the action, other fields need to be visible in the Assignment Section. This is working as expected.

However, I indicated the the Maintain Managers section and Reassign direct reports section should be visible as well but they are not visible.

Can anyone advise me why these are not visible and how to configure it to ensure that they are?
