Elimination does not work on the transactions against Entity itself

Intercompany Elimination does not work on the transactions against Entity itself

Dear Experts,

In one of my customer's environment, all the intercompany elimination works well except for the transactions against Entity Itself - for example, the transaction entered on E00596 and ICP_E00596 in the below screenshot.

And what's weird is that it works in another environment - with the same setup. Has anyone experience this before?
