Cannot add Custom Attribute to Account dimension DSO Enabled.

We receive the following error while trying to add a custom attribute to account dimension:

Attribute dimensions may only be added to sparse dimensions.

 Does FCCS still thinks Account is dense even though we have enabled dense sparse optimization?
