Unable to determine who is receiving email notifications for consolidated journals.

I turned on email notifications for journals in our FCCS test environment but am unsure of who the emails are going to when I submit a consolidated journal. Looking for a way to determine who's receiving the emails to better test rolling that feature out to production.
