SmartView drill down functionality issue - Chrome extension

Summary: SmartView template is based on Shared connection, running a Adhoc Analysis. While using the drill through functionality, a new chrome browser opens up but it leads to a blank page. I have attempted to uninstall SmartView excel plugin as well as Chrome extension. Did not yield any results.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Content (required): Smartview template is run every month. Recently, I noticed that the drill down stopped working abruptly. As mentioned in the summary, we did not make changes in our organizations settings nor on the machine. Drill through functionality is taking me to a blank page. Uninstall and Install of browser, SmartView plugin and extension did not bring any results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
