Dynamic Number of attachments

We have a requirement to send an email notification with multiple attachments from OIC. The maximum number of attachments are 10 and these attachments are being downloaded from UCM. Till now we were downloading all the files from UCM and writing them all to the same directory and at the end we zipped the entire directory and sent email notification with that ZIP file. But now we are required to send an email with all those files as separate attachments and not in a ZIP file, what would be the best way to implement this?

Note: We have raised SR and increased our email attachment size to 50mb.
