Getting Error for Line Manager for Leave Application

Summary:

Hi,

We are getting error while applying leave for accrual leave plan by Line Manager similarly for other business users apart from Employee Login. We have validation formula attached to the corresponding absence type, where it does not include user role based restriction.

Kindly revert if any one faced this typical error. Attaching screenshots for your reference, where the error is relevant to validation, but the validation already in place for the particular employee.
