DHCPv6 doesn't appear to be working

Content (required):

I set up IPv6 for a free tier Oracle Cloud VM. After rebooting my instance, dhclient -6 does not appear to be working.

I've set added a IPv6 /56 range in the VCN, created a /64 subnet, added the default gateway, added an IPv6 address to the instance, but dhclient -6 is no longer working after a reboot.
