Inbound interface using BIP Report

Summary:

My customer is having a requirement like below

While assigning secondary assignment for and employee, they will enter projected end date.

Currently they are checking everyday, how many assignments are there with projected enddate, they will manually go and do the end assignement activity. They need to automate this process.

So thought of creating a BI Publisher report with Worker.dat HDL format to end assignment, and using extract, will call the bi report and load the data using loader.And planning to schedule the extract everyday, so it will pick the assignment data which is having projected end date as sysdat and do the end date activity.Is it possible through inbound interface using the above steps
