Content (required):Hello - Oracle IaaS cloud has Public cloud option. But it also have Cloud at Customer-On-Prem option that addresses Data sovereignty as data stays at customer data center. Question : In case of Customer-On-Prem does customer avail of PaaS platforms like OIC - VBCS - Process and would these PaaS components run at customer data center ? If yes, will the patching , upgrade of PaaS still be automatically done by Oracle ?
