Responsive UI Timecard Layout - Template options

We are moving to responsive UI for time cards, however we find that the time entry no longer displays in a "column view" by day. Instead, the input looks like you enter each time span individually by answering a series of questions. We have many folks that enter multiple entries a day for in/out times as well as different programs they are costing too. With the current time entry, it looks daunting and the entry looks difficult to return to and edit, let along being allowed to see all entries at once.
Are there any other templates that are offered to make time entry easier?
