How manager can see the attachments attached by lower manager using 'Request information' task

Higher-level manager request information from lower-level manager by clicking on 'Request Information' button on Approval tab.

The lower level manager responds to notification by putting the comments and attaching some documents.

How Higher-level manager can access the document attached by lower-level manager?

Observation: Comments entered by lower-level manager can be seen on the notification and in the action History but there is no way to find the attachment.
