Trigger single notification to learner when multiple learnings are assigned in one day span

Hi All,

I have been trying to create a custom resource alert to trigger single notification to learner when they have multiple assignments created in a day span.

I tried all the loop functions from customer connect post as well as other Oracle provided docs but it does not seems to be working. I am getting error message sometimes in the date format or when I am correcting it, alert is getting saved but after running it went into error.

Please suggest.
