We are not able to see US Taxation from Element Entry screen but payroll is successful.
We are able to see an active US Taxation element in element entry table which is not visible from Element entry screen. This is leading to not calculating any taxes for employees. All the taxes are calculating to zero (whereas there'd be non-zero applicable employee tax deductions).
Has anyone come across such issues? If yes- what is the remedial action taken? This could be due to data corruption at calculation /tax card during conversion , but what could be the reason for element not showing on the element entry screen (which was showing in the past) though the entry in table is active?
