Forecast Consumption by Forward days is not showing expected consumption of Forecast by Sales Orders

Summary:

We have kept Plan options for Forecast allocation and Consumption with Backward and Forward days as below:

Note: To test consumption we have created 2 plans, one for with Backward days and other with only Forward days

1. Backward Days : 30 Days with Forward days as 0
2. Forward Days : 60 Days with Backward days as 0
3. Forecast Spread : Do not spread Forecast for both plans
4. Consumption Bucket Type: Day for both plans

Observation: Backward consumption is happening as expected with Sales orders consuming the Forecast backward to 30 days of Forecast loaded

Similar observation is not visible with Forward Consumption days of 60 days and only few Sales orders are getting consumed even though the remaining Sales orders are present in the Forward days Bucket.
