Cancelling a return request

Summary:

We are trying to look for ways to cancel a return request

Content (required):

Once the user submits a return request from storefront, we are planning to put it through an approval process before it actually gets accepted. Else we require it to be cancelled and ignored.

Is there an OOTB ways to configure the returns in this manner?
