Im trying to implement an approval flow for the returns process. So when raising the returns as per the OOTB setup, i noticed that the request is by default being raised with

"returnRequestStatus": "Approved",
  1. What is the purpose of this attribute
  2. Can it be configured so that we can raise a request as" approval pending" (or something similar) and only once the approval flow get completed, set it as "Approved"
