Line Manager cannot publish in Team Schedule

Summary:

Line Manager should be able to publish in Team Schedule but LM receives an error message when he tries

Content (required):

I have created a security role for line manager in order to let them the possibility to view, edit, delete, publish in Team Schedule.

I have added role and privilege: Manage Team Schedule, Manage planned.

Line manager can edit and delete the shift in Team Schedule, but when LM tries to publish, he receives this message:


Does someone know which role/privilege/duty I have do add to the security role to let the line manage publish?
