How to find a transaction ID?

We have couple transactions in "Stale" status (found through notifications - see attached screenshot) and I am unable to find those transactions under Tools> Transaction Console. How can I retrive the transaction ID of the employee on whose the trasaction is stuck and no where to be found and approve those or terminate to re-process

?
