Termination Headcount measure question.
In Subject Area: Workforce Management - Workforce Trend Real Time - the Termination Headcount measure is set to 1 on the Inactive assignment line that starts the day after the termination.
This presents a problem for employees leaving at the end of month. For example a termination date (held in ERP) of 31/10/2020 - has the Termination Headcount assigned to November not October.
I've recently been exploring the Time Series Calculation functions. Especially the PeriodRolling and they have been a revelation (a big thank you to this community for all the great answers). Especially as I come from Microsoft SQL background where you can use Partition By and LAG.
