ATP DB CPU kpi's not fileld in

The CPU information is missing from the metrics screen

Content (required):

My always free ATP db is stopping each week. I also get the correct email saying "No activity detected for your free database". I assume that this is based on the KPI of the CPU, which (as you can see in the image) is for my instance always empty. I presume that is causing this issue.

Is there any solution to this?
