v2 Seniority Date Configuration

Hello,

We're using v2 Seniority Date rules and would like to maintain distinct Enterprise Seniority Date values for contingent worker and employee relationships. With our current setup, when a former contingent worker is hired as an employee their Enterprise Seniority Date from their contingent worker relationship is used for the employee relationship as well.

We'd like the employee date to be indicative of the first time they were an employee. Is there a way to do this with the v2 functionality?
