unable to automatically consume from open blanket agreement

Hello experts,

While approving a requisition line for a category that has an active blanket agreement, the line is not assigned automatically to the relative source agreement

Content (required):

Customer would like to perform automatically consuming of the category lines that exists in open blanket agreements. The agreement has the flag that enables the creation of the automatic order. On the procurement foundation set up I've set the Autogenerate orders from requisition lines sourced to agreements and bill to site is populated on the payables option for procurement.

Let me know if I'm missing some setup to allow this.
