Unable to Delete Position History

Summary:

Made a date effective update to the position (changed the Grade), and this got reflected in the assignment attached to this position and noticed several impacts:

Content (required):

  1. Assignment got updated with the new grade starting from the above effective date however this does not show in history in 'Employment Info' page.
  2. Since there's no Employment date effective history, unable to delete this date effective change
  3. In 'Position Details' page, unable to remove the date effective update done to the position
  4. When making a correction to the date effective row, the 'Action Reason' LOV is blank, not allowing to choose a reason, resulting in error when submitting the change - Impacted incumbents when updated due to position change is looking for a reason which is missing in this case.
