Automating bursting report load to DOR

Summary:

Looking for a way through which relevant letters mailed through bursting could be loaded to the DOR of the employee without manual intervention.

Content (required):

We need to keep a track of letters released through bursting, thus wanted to keep a record of that via keeping a copy in DOR section, looking for an option to load those letters automatically to the respective employees record for future reference.

Please help sharing knowledge if it has been done earlier with some other approaches.
