Probation and Termination rule for Germany

We have a requirement for our client for Germany and Netherlands Legislation, where termination date should automatically be defaulted by adding X number of days in the termination date field. It is known , this can be achieved by AutoComplete. Have you come across this or similar requirement in your projects and were able to accomplish the requirement ? Please let us know .
