If Springboard infolets for Purchasing page is empty for All buyers that may be missing assigning?

Springboard infolets for Purchasing page is empty for All buyers, Client indicates that in the product presentations

this feature are one of the greatest assets for its management

Content (required):

It was validated that they have the corresponding roles and data access, they can work in their processes (Purchases, receptions, etc.) but the Springboard infolets is always blank. It was tested in different browsers in case it was a visualization theme but none of them allows to see the expected graphics (Orders Requiring Atention, Incomplete Orders, OPen Schedules, etc)
