Any UK companies using address validation - using geographies or other?

Just wondering for UK customers if anyone has address validations? For US there is the monthly vertex updates for Country / State / City via Vertex. For the UK, does anyone load geography structures for the UK, how does it work for you, does it help you have valid addresses?

When using commercial websites for example buying products, there are some new address features that lets users start typing either their full address or postcode and then select their address from a list. Will this be possible in the future for HCM?
