Me -> Personal Details App -> Document Records (as a tile rather than left hand menu option)

Quick question for UI experts :)

Looking at an Oracle University lab vs our environment there is a difference with where Document Records are accessible. In our environments it is an additional link on the left hand side, whereas in the lab environment it is a tile which may be easier for users to view as it does feel inconsistent to have all the options and then document records only accessible on the left hand side.

Does anyone know if there is a setting to switch from the left hand link to the tile? Which version is in your environment?
