How to default Request type in sales order

Hi Team,

Requirement: Auto-populate the request type in sales order based on customer.

I tried creating defaulting rule for sales order with below condition :

If customer =XYZ

Then Do Request Type(order fulfill line)= Arrive On

But this is not working.

Can you please let us know how to make it work?
