Unable to load Item Category with special character via FBDI in Mapping Set

Summary:

We are unable to load the Item category via FBDI with special characters, in the mapping set.

The item categories have been loaded separately by the PIM team via FBDI itself, they got loaded successfully. However now, when we are trying to upload these item categories against the natural account segment in the cost management mapping set : FMOLHS Category to Natural Account Mapping Set (short name : FMOLHS_CATEGORY_NA_MPS)


We have already loaded 145589 values in the above mapping set which were normal values without any special characters.


We had also faced this similar issue during UAT, however one fine day, we were able to load the special character item categories as well in the mapping set via FBDI, we did not do anything different.
