Learning Outcomes issues

Good day, colleagues!
We do have issues with visibility of learning outcomes on Learning Course description page in Employee Self-Service. We have learners with different roles: employees 1 and 2 can see learning outcomes, while employees 3 and 4 cannot. (please find roles for employees in attach)
We have already realized the following configurations:
• Learning Outcomes Subscribers were added to Profile Type Competencies;
• Profile Content Section Access was configured for roles of Employee, Line Manager, Learning Specialist and Human Resource Specialist (we are using only standard roles);
• Data Role and Security Profile were updated for all roles added in Profile Content Section Access task,
