Why are our EFF Context Segments are not showing in the data exchange area?

Deployed EFF structure is not displaying in the Worker Business Object.

We have created an EFF Context with a number of segments (fields), deployed the EFF, it is displaying and functioning fine in the front end with all expected fields displaying. However, when going into the Worker business object via Data Exchange - View Business Objects, opening the Worker Extra Information - Flexfields area and selecting the EFF, we cannot see all of the fields that have been created as part of the EFF Context. Does anyone know why this is?
