Can we add Learning records to Courses that already exist in our HCMS?

Summary:

We will be adding several hundred users to our HCM system, and we will be needing to add Learning completion records to Courses that already exist Learning. We are wondering if we are able to complete a HDL to load completion records for these Learners to Courses that already exist in the system?

- Courses already exist and are active in the system.

- Courses have completion records, active initiatives, active records, etc.

- Learners are currently completing the Course in Learning.

- We need to load several hundred completion records to the Course for new Learners that are being added to the system.
