What are the benefits and capabilities of enabling Learning Alerts?
Summary:
Hello,
My company would like to explore the option of enabling Learning Alerts (in app only) with the hope that we can reduce the amount of manual follow ups/intervention by Human Resources and Managers having to contact employees to complete Required Learning.
Content (required):
Some examples of the types of alerts we would like to enable would be:
- Learner receives notification when Learning Item is required to be completed (e.g. due in 5/30/60 days etc.)
- Learner, Manager, and Learning Administrator receive notification when Learning Item is overdue
- Learning Administrator/Specialist receives notification if Learner does not 'pass' Learning Item.
