How to fetch Employee PII information (Address, Phones) in a BIP Report

Summary:

We have a Scheduled BIP report which fetches employee address from PER_ADDRESSES_F table.

This was working fine. But recently, the table not returning any records. It was understood from some notes that Employee Address is classified as PII information and hence it is protected using VPD to restrict access when querying the PER_ADDRESSES_F table.

We just want to know is there any setups or views which can be used so that the employee address information can be retrieved in our scheduled BIP reports
