Automatic Baseline or Approval of Budget

How to Auto trigger the approval of one Project budget based on the outcome of another Project budgets approval

Content (required):

in Project Financials, we have a requirement and we are building a custom solution. in short, We need to maintain relationship between multiple projects as children and Parent and we paln to use the Projects DFF to maintain this relationship. When child project budget is submitted, the values should rollup to Parent project budget. When parent project budget is submitted , it will go through detailed approval processes. When parent project budget is getting approved/Baselined, it should automatically change the Child project budget to baselined status.
