Transfer - can we default Grade based on Location

Hello,

While doing a transfer for a worker, if a job has multiple grades - the manager/admin will have to explicitly select the correct grade from the list. We're looking at options to default the grade and wanted to know if we could default the Grade based on the location selected.

Would be helpful to know if any of you had a similar requirement and how it has been accommodated.

We're on 21D
