Anyone experiencing odd behaviour with withdrawals?

Summary:

When we view the Edit Assignment dialogue box for withdrawn records, we keep coming across instances where the Withdrawal Type is blank or says Reconciliation Withdrawal.

I thought reconciliation withdrawal would only display if the assignment was controlled by a learning initiative? These are all records that have been withdrawn by the learner or learning administrator.
